Privacy & Discretion
At Planet Romance, discretion is not a feature, it is our foundation. We recognize that our clientele requires the highest level of data opacity. Our architecture ensures that your presence remains invisible to the public digital landscape.
We do not employ third-party tracking or behavioral analytics. Your journey through Planet Romance is yours alone, unrecorded by the commercial web.
Information shared during the curation process is stored in secure encrypted vaults. We never sell, lease, or distribute member data to advertising entities. Membership is predicated on a mutual agreement of absolute silence regarding other members' identities.
Terms of Membership
Membership in Planet Romance is by registration or successful application only. We reserve the right to decline candidacy without public justification to preserve the delicate balance of our private community. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
Members are expected to uphold professional standards. Harassment, unprofessional conduct, or the unauthorized disclosure of membership details will result in immediate and permanent revocation of privileges without refund.
Due to the bespoke nature of our matchmaking services and the immediate allocation of resources upon membership, all initiation fees are non-refundable. Membership fees sustain the high-touch concierge services and exclusive event access provided to the circle.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via email at info@planet-romance.com or by phone. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your profile will be deactivated within 48 hours of your request.
Global Compliance
Planet Romance operates within the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions it serves, including adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Requests should be directed to info@planet-romance.com and will be processed within 30 days.
