Planet Romance operates a premium matchmaking platform connecting women seeking meaningful relationships with verified international gentlemen. Our service includes profile creation, identity verification, curated match selection, and facilitated introductions with personal support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you are seeking a genuine relationship.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide truthful information in your profile and during consultations.

4. Code of Conduct

Users must treat all members and staff with respect. Harassment, spam, unsolicited offers, fraud, or sharing private information of other members is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Matchmaker-Led Process

All introductions are facilitated by our matchmaker. Users may not directly contact other members without prior mutual consent arranged by our team.

6. Membership & Payments

Membership plans and pricing are displayed on our platform. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Refund terms vary by plan and are communicated at registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including design, text, images, and branding — is owned by the operator. User-submitted content (photos, profile text) remains the property of the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

Planet Romance facilitates introductions but does not guarantee romantic outcomes. We are not liable for the behavior of individual members outside our facilitation process.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.
